We will process your order within three business days from the date your order was placed. The rate and date of delivery will be dependent upon your choice of FedEx shipping options. For earlier delivery, we’ll be happy to expedite your shipping and processing for an additional charge, but you must place your order via telephone with a customer support specialist. Refunds and Exchange Policy
Quality is our highest priority. Always has been, always will be.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the item. For refund or exchange, please contact our customer support line (252-237-8284) for a return authorization number and information about returning any item. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges; however, you will not have to pay for return shipping of any item, or additional shipping charges for items that are exchanged.
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment only.
